This is the first panoramic I did of the Yuba river. It is made up of 14 vertical images (hand held) with one of my 35mm film cameras and represents a 200 degree view. The shots were taken late in the afternoon in early June about four miles up river from the old goldmining town of Washington. The layered, wave-like rock formation across the river is from volcanic ash and mud from an ancient volcanic eruption about ten thousand years ago.
